First Quarter Honoraria

As stated in the Constitution, the USRH Executive Board gets paid quarterly, based off work and standards, and it must be voted on and passed by the Assembly. This was the first legislation passed by the 2009-2010 USRH Assembly--Congratulations! The fourteen present hall representatives all voted in favor of this proposal.
