USRH Halls Fund Request Form                             

 

The USRH Hall Fund is designed to provide funding to residence hall students programs which enhance student life. 

 

Guidelines

  • Must be a residence hall student to submit a proposal
  • All receipts must be turned in within 1 week of the program occurring. No reimbursements after 1 week!
  • There must be at least 3 halls present to vote.
  • Everyone is welcome to come to the meeting, but the voting party consists of 1 member from each building (Stevans complex constitutes one vote. North Scott one vote, South Scott one vote.)
  • As needed bi-monthly meeting is held.
  • Requests can be submitted at any time for current academic year.
  • A set amount of money is allocated to the fund, which means once the funds are spent, there will be no more money in the fund for the current school year.
  • Committee chair has a right to accept or deny any requests.
  • Maximum amounts given as follows: $200 for a non all hall event, $500 for an all hall event, $1000 for an all campus event.

ยท         USRH logo must appear on all advertisements and must be mentioned at the event.

 

Requests should be made at least 2 week in advance of the proposed event.  Late requests or incomplete information may adversely affect funding.
