Assembly
USRH (United Students in Residence Halls) is an on-campus student organization designed to respect the voice of residence hall students and to support hall involvement.
The legislature meets as a whole once a week, Thursdays @ 4:30 pm, to discuss many of the issues facing residence halls.
USRH is made up of many different positions, committees, and representatives:
For each of the residence halls on campus, there is at least one USRH Hall Representative, and approximately one representative per 200 students living in the halls. In all there are 17 hall representatives representing around 3300 students.

Committee Chairs represent the bread and butter of USRH. In all we have 11 standing committees that provide a variety of services and activities to students living in the residence halls.

Our paid Assistants offer a variety of different services to both the average student, and to members of USRH. From operating the University's loft rental program, to running the USRH elections in the spring; our PA's have a lot to offer.

The Student Organizations Representatives are a vital part of USRH. They act as a link between USRH and other student organizations on campus, providing information to both groups.

The The USRH Executive Board is comprised of six members who include the President, Vice President, Director of Internal Affairs (DIA), Treasurer, Secretary, and the National Communications Coordinator/Wisconsin Communications Coordinator (NCC/WCC). The President and Vice President are elected through a campus wide election that takes place in the spring, while the remaining Executive Board members are elected within the USRH Assembly.

Advisors
United Students in Residence Halls (USRH) has several advisors. Advisors are professional residence life staff members that serve as a resource and overall support system for the organization. Advisors work one-on-one with Executive Board Members, Committee Chairs, Paid Assistants, and Student Representatives to Other Organizations; assist with the interpretation of university policies and procedures; attend USRH meetings; and participate in USRH-sponsored activities and events. This year the USRH advisors are Lori Develice, Matt Suwalski, Nicole Bell, Abby Sylvia, and Michelle Wentz.
